About the Illustrator

Joyeeta loves to draw. After she graduated from the Northern India Institute of Fashion Technology, she worked as a fashion designer before deciding to follow her dream of becoming an artist. Since then she has created illustrations for many children's books. Her colorful and playful artwork brings those stories to life. Not Your Ordinary Doctor features 29 of her drawings.

In those pictures Audrey looks like the real Audrey. You'll also fall in love with Roger the giant dog. And be sure to keep an eye out for a hamster who appears in surprising places. Joyeeta enjoys painting as well as drawing. No day seems complete to her until she has captured some of her surroundings in watercolor.
